Highly dissatisfactory phone : Nokia 5130 XpressMusic

I own a Nokia 5130 XpressMusic and I am fed up of this phone.I have visited Nokia care like more than my relatives because of the frequent failures of this phone.
The engineer at Nokia care says that I should not browse internet on my phone and i should not bluetooth...

Now I dont understand why shouldnt I use these features.This is senseless.I visit only a few websites and the browser stops working,then the contents of the phone memory starts getting corrupted.It restarts any time.The transition effects of the phone fails.The radio stops working.Radio gives the error "operation failed".Many times music player starts giving error "not enough memory" even if phone memory is sufficiently available.


The same problems arise when I use bluetooth module of the phone.Last time I just connected phone to my system for sometime through bluetooth and its software got corrupted.

Recently my handsfree socket stopped working,and also software got corrupted.I went to Nokia care,the engineer refused to repair it.He says that phone will be sent to Dehli and the expense will be 1500 Rs.Now I dont understand what is so wrong that he cannot install software on my phone.Also this software got corrupted within 2 week.
Even my friends are dissatisfied of this model and they have either sold the phone or stopped using it.

I dont believe that Nokia uses quality hardware with this phone.And the victims are the customers.


Nokia has developed a multimedia phone whose multimedia options should not be used,otherwise it stops working.

  1. To use this phone is madness as its software is corrupted on net browsing and is sometimes switched off on normal functioning.

  2. well i got many mobile sets bfore dis "gr8" nokia 5130c-2,visited almost evry well known brands nd evry tim i changed ma set jst bcoz all bcums "MAINTANANCE FREE".....k jst frgt abt dis.....now finally i opt 4 nokia 5130 c-2 nd experienced an unparalleled property f it....
    "NEITHR IT GETS TOTALLY DISCREDITED NOR IT GETS RIGHT"
    It made me d regular customer of nokia....or u can say the nokia service centre.......so gr8 job NOKIA 4 finding out d way to fasten ur customers.....hats off 4 dis strategy planning.........

    I think it's against the reputation of Nokia.
    Seriously it makes me hate Nokia.

    Customers Suffers; Nokia thinks they are duffers.
